So here's my Weight Watchers update for Week 3!!
Stats:
Days on WW: 17
This Week's Weight Loss: 2lbs
Total Weight Loss: 7lbs
This Weeks Challenge: THE WEEKEND. Its SO SO SO difficult for me to stick to the points on the weekends!
Motivation: My before and after photos are REALLY helping me stay motivated!
This week I completely FELL OFF over the weekend. I technically didnt go over my points but I ate like shit and used every extra point I had in 2 days. Sunday night I weighed myself and had gained 2lbs and wanted to cry. Yes 2lbs isnt a lot, I know, but when youve only lost 5, 2 seems like a lot. So Ive stuck to my points all week and have tried to stay under if possible and managed to still lose 2 more lbs this week, so technically 4!
So here's this week's photos. I know there isnt much of a difference. Its only 2 lbs peeps! But I'll take it!
Left: Week 2, Day 10.... Right: Week 3, Day 17
Left: The Very Beginning, Day 1... Right: Today, Day 17
To be honest I spent the beginning of the week so mad at myself for falling off but Im over it now!! Back on track and feeling better! Im so excited to have all of you here and to hear your stories!!

Wow lady! You are looking great! When I met my hubs 7 years ago I weighed 145, and over the years have gone down to 125 which is not the best motivator cause my hubs obviously liked me at 145, so should be satisfied at 125, but I still need to step up my game and get toned!!! You are def an inspiration to bloggers everywhere :) cat
ReplyDeleteI completely agree weekends are the hardest!! Thanks fr all of the inspiration! You are looking great!!
ReplyDeleteSo one of the things I trained myself is that I don't have to eat to get full. I think that was my biggest misconception, so I would always eat in really large portions. Now, I order kids meals when I eat out or just fix myself smaller portions when cooking at home. Also, I've minimized the amount of meat I eat. I try to get my protein from other sources like nuts, etc. So I've found myself taking on more of a plant-based diet. It seems to be working because I'm not taking in all of that extra fat from meats.
ReplyDeleteHope this information is helpful to someone. :)
Looking great! And what a great link up! I'm going to really enjoy participating in this one and keeping myself accountable!
ReplyDeleteAm I "special" I am not seeing the link tool to link up or any other links. Help!
ReplyDelete7 pounds down is awesome!! I did Weight Watchers a few years ago and even though I only had a small amount of weight I wanted to lose, it really worked! I think it's one of the easiest programs to follow and you will get results! Keep it up girl! You are doing fabulous!
ReplyDeleteLove this link up! I would have done it if I didn't already post today. I will link up in the future. congrats on your weight loss again!
ReplyDeleteOne thing I have learned is that the guilt is not worth it. Over at Cut the Crap we try to go by the policy of not denying ourselves things, this allows you to kill the craving and still enjoy things you love. We call them "cheat days" - and it is okay to have one as long as you are accountable for it. It may mean an extra work out, or being on your game the following day. One meal at a time.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your pictures, I'd never be able to take those!
~Amanda @ Cut the Crap

ReplyDeleteWell I'm an idiot and didn't even think to get a post up for the link up! But just wanted to tell ya you look great!
ReplyDeleteA tip I recently learned to avoid the weekend alcohol calories: Order a vodka & water and keep a packet of crystal light in your purse. Mix it with your drink and it's pretty much the lowest calorie drink on the planet! And it's tasty!
Great work! Weekends are always hard! You seemed to kick ass this week! Great for you! What a great link-up! Some of my favorite things are protein shakes they help feed my sweet tooth and keep me satisfied!
ReplyDeletei was just commenting on allies post at tales of a twenty something about how sometimes you don't realize how out of control your weight is until you see these honest, unedited pics of yourself...that's how i felt after coming back from a trip recently and seeing pics others had posted of me. planning on linking up and hoping to be inspired by everyones journey! good luck to you :)
